Qualification
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in visual design, industrial design or human factors Experience Required ( In Years)
A Minimum 8 years of experience with listed Responsibilities and skillsets is required for this role

- Provide User Experience design expertise for projects encompassing tasks that may include design management, user research, Information Architecture and Visual Design.
- Participate in discussions with customers to gather scope information and perform analysis of scope information in order to provide inputs for project scope documentation
- Participate in requirement elicitation process defined in the project management plan to identify user experience needs and documents them in Personas or other appropriate mechanisms
- Create wireframes including, layout, navigation, interaction and information design; Create detailed UI frameworks and patterns for extended applicability across projects; Participate in customer reviews to obtain detailed design sign-off
- For candidates with strength in visual design, Create visual design concepts and concept elaboration documentation describing various elements of branding, theming and style guide definition. High and mid fidelity visual mock ups creation.
- Build, Review and Validate UI prototypes
- Lead usability testing procedure to identify usability issues (or) demonstrate design quality to customer
- Interface with the customer for issue resolution, provide status updates, Build customer confidence in team’s ability to deliver in order to support high customer satisfaction
- Participate in presales activities including client presentations
- Conduct training sessions in application of UX tools and methods. Evangelize value of user experience to development teams

Skills
- Expert level specialization in specific tools, methods, processes; Knowledge of ROI aspects for UX design; In-depth knowledge of selective domains
- Good skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Flash or similar animation software). Some exposure to design tools from the Microsoft Expression Suite (like Microsoft Expression Design and Microsoft Expression Blend) is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing, delivering, and documenting high-quality user interface design
- Experience in interpreting and designing based on product or marketing requirements documents Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to work closely with various stakeholders
- Experience working remotely with internal and external teams. Skills in using remote collaboration software platforms like Webex and LiveMeeting for conducting some design processes steps like user interviews, usability testing and final presentations remotely.
- Working proficiency and exposure to project management skill
- Hands on skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or similar scripting techniques highly desirable.
