As a Senior User Experience Specialist, you will be in a position of impacting the overall user experience of this new product. You will spearhead the User Experience for an exciting product- a new online social payments platform for kids (also parents). You will be capturing what they like and what they want changed and what you know they need. You will create wireframes, you will identify users and embody the sentiments of the kids' market. Using your user interface design skills you will create and deliver UIs that hit the mark.

Specific responsibilities include:
 ·         Capture user requirements by working with product management, and directly with customers
·         Produce wireframes
·         Create high quality visual UI design that address user requirements and deliver an excellent user experience
·         Deliver high quality interactive specifications, prototypes and final assets
·         Present wireframes, UI, and usability test results to executive leadership
·         Build and collaborate with user experience and user interface design teams

Qualifications:

•  7+ years of software user experience or user interface design, preferably previous startup experience. A plus if you have worked in a kids' market.

• Practical experience interviewing customers to determine needs and requirements and creating actionable wireframes & specifications based on interview results

• Advanced knowledge of HTML 5

• Demonstrated ability to create awesome design solutions that exceed user expectations
• Comprehensive online portfolio demonstrating strong creative and production skills required 
• A progressive and entrepreneurial disposition      
• A portfolio review is required as part of the interview process
